Refund Policy

MowGuide sells downloadable PDF lawn-care planners: regional lawn-care calendars, lawn planning worksheets, and bundles of both. This policy covers every purchase made from mowguide.com.

A full refund within 60 days

If a planner doesn’t work for you, email support@mowguide.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason, and there is nothing to send back.

To help us find the order, include:

• the email address you used at checkout
• the name of the product you bought

We refund to the payment method you used. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Trouble with a download

If a file won’t download or won’t open, email us before asking for a refund. We will send you a working copy, and you can still ask for a refund within the 60 days if that doesn’t solve it.

A charge you don’t recognize

If you see a charge from MowGuide you don’t recognize, or you think you were charged twice or by mistake, email us first. We can refund it directly, which is faster than a card dispute. If you have already opened a dispute with your bank, we will work with the payment processor to resolve it.

Books

Our Lush Lawns regional lawn-care books are sold on Amazon in paperback and Kindle editions. Amazon’s return policy covers those purchases, so ask Amazon for a return or refund.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. A change never shortens the refund window for a purchase you have already made.
